1. Minimum 600 words, original work only.

2. Maintain respect across race, religion, and political views.

3. Keep insights fact-based and reflective rather than opinion-heavy.

4. Include a short author bio (max 500 characters) and an optional photograph.

5. If previously published, it must appear on your own blog; backlinks may be considered.

6. Submissions may be lightly edited for clarity and tone.
